Fee-Based Portfolio Management3

Asset Advisor.4 Asset Advisor is a comprehensive investment advisory program that includes advisory services and custodial/transaction costs in a single asset-based fee. If you are seeking ongoing support from your Financial Advisor with long term goals and investment planning, then Asset Advisor may be the program for you. While you ultimately make the specific investment decisions pertaining to your account, your Financial Advisor is there along the way to provide sound advice based on objective research as well as profiling, asset allocation, investment selection, ongoing monitoring and rebalancing. Asset Advisor reinforces the importance of a full-service relationship that is focused entirely on your specific goals and objectives. The minimum account size for this program is $50,000.

FundSource.5 This program is ideal for mutual-fund investors who want the ability to select from an extensive universe of mutual funds — including well-known no-load funds. FundSource provides a risk-adjusted portfolio suited to your investment objectives, as well as performance monitoring and adjustment recommendations as needed. In addition, this service offers you one place to make transactions without loads or commissions, one statement summarizing all positions, one consolidated tax report at year end, and one source for service and due-diligence research on participating funds. The minimum account size for this program is $25,000.

Masters Program.6 The Masters Program affords you access to some of the leading professional investment managers in the country — managers who have met stringent criteria established by Wachovia Securities Manager Strategy Group. These managers can add value to your portfolio through systematic investment discipline, financial knowledge and personal attention to your unique objectives and tolerance for risk. As a participant in the Masters Program, we will first evaluate your needs and develop an investment plan that clearly defines your objectives and will serve as your “road map” for implementation. After we establish your asset allocation plan, we will select a combination of suitable investment managers, and we will help ensure that these managers adhere to your objectives. Each quarter, you will receive a comprehensive report that compares your portfolio’s return with appropriate benchmarks and helps us assess the manager’s performance in terms of risk and return. The minimum account size for this program is $100,000.

Diversified Managed Allocations.7A Diversified Managed Allocations (DMA) account offers a strategically allocated combination of professionally managed portfolios. The allocation of your DMA account is determined specifically for you according to your investment objectives, including risk tolerance and income needs. DMA combines multiple investment portfolios in one brokerage account and delivers a single quarterly performance report to make it easier for you to track your overall investment performance. In addition, DMA provides ongoing monitoring and due diligence, consulting services and the simplicity of one monthly statement and one 1099 — all for an annual fee (billed quarterly in advance) that is based on the size of your portfolio. The minimum account size for this program is $150,000.

Network Investment Consulting.8 Wachovia Securities’ Network Program makes available a wide array of “cleared” money managers that are approved for our Program. Subject to money managers' minimum account size, your assets can be professionally managed while you receive the advice of one of our Financial Advisors. Equally important, as a Network client, you will be well-served by Wachovia Securities’ deliberate, objective and long-term approach to building and managing your wealth. The minimum account size for this program is $100,000.

Compass Advisory Program.9 The Wachovia Compass Advisory program is ideal for investors who want a portfolio of individual stocks but prefer to leave the decision making to a professional. These portfolios are managed by Wachovia Securities’ Advisory Services Group. The Advisory Services Group (ASG) supports our Financial Advisors and their clients with objective, unbiased investment advice. The Wachovia Compass Advisory program provides you with an entirely new level of service. The program offers six asset-allocation strategies, two individual equity model strategies, and four exchange traded fund (ETF) strategies, each backed by a unique investment selection, monitoring and performance-reporting system designed to keep your investment on course toward your stated objectives while keeping your tolerance for risk in mind. The minimum account size for this program is $50,000.
